- When the applicant’s stay in France starts, they must be between the ages of 18 and 25.
- To be eligible to apply for a France Europa scholarship, students must have an exceptional academic record.
- Students are not eligible to apply for the France Excellence Europa Scholarship program 2024 if they have previously been awarded an Erasmus +, AUF, or other French ministry scholarship.
- For the academic year 2024–2025, students must be admitted to a French higher education institution in one of the approved disciplines mentioned above for master’s 1 or master’s 2.
- The candidate cannot be enrolled or registered in France for a higher education degree at this time, nor may they have a French higher education degree.
